Judge of Compensation Claims
In Florida, workers’ compensation legal disputes
are decided by a Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC).
Based upon the location (venue) of your case, a
specific judge will be assigned. These judges are
under the Division of Administrative Hearings. An
injured worker’s case is assigned an OJCC # which
serves to identify the case in the court system.
Mr. Fee and Mr. Chait have widespread experience
before the various judges in the workers’
compensation system. If necessary, they are prepared
to litigate your case through the court system and
present all viable arguments and evidence necessary
to support your position.
